PCHD is currently providing both the Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines and boosters.

Pfizer is approved for persons 5yrs and older & Moderna for 18yrs and older.

Our Walk-In Clinic is located at 1115 Pecan Drive Weatherford, TX 76086.
 
Hours of operation are as follows:

Monday - Friday
8:00am - 11:30am
1:00pm - 4:00pm

No appointment necessary.
